Opening a support ticket on myCADservices is very simple: just click on the button " Create new ticket" on the top left of this page.

This method offers many advantages:

  • Email notification at each stage of processing your ticket
  • Logging and tracing of all calls in your company
You couldn't open your ticket

If you could not create a ticket by the above method, you can contact us by email at support@mycadservices.com . In this case you must:

  • Use the mail account that matches your myCADservices identifier ( essential to identify you!)
  • Specify the product concerned
  • Describe in detail your question
  • Possibly attach the necessary files ( max size xxxx MB )

You have the access of myCADservices: You can check your software maintenance contracts. If you are a SOLIDWORKS user, you can get the utility myCADtools code associated with your SolidWorks license.

Register a new colleague

A new myCADservices user in your company ? Register him on the website! You also can :

  • List all of your colleagues enrolled on myCADservices
  • Edit the coordinates of one of your colleagues
  • Detach registrants who are no longer part of your company
  • Designate the administrators of your company sheet on myCADservices
